I could use a little rest

Soooooooo nice to be sitting here on my sofa writing this post. Another long week in the record books, another 500-600 miles in the car. Joacim was traveling last week so that fact is probably the only reason I didn't work more. I dunno...it's weird. Something clicked during my last trip to Milwaukee and I FINALLY get what I'm supposed to be doing at work...now I feel like I'm catching up on 8 months of dumbness and preparing for the next year.

It's a lot, don't get me wrong, and if it ever sounds like I'm complaining about work, I'm not. I love what I do, but WOW....it's a LOT of work for one person, and I'm not sure sometimes if I count as a whole person :)

We spent the entire day at the Mall of America. I met a friend there and her daughter, and the girls rode a bunch of rides and we talked. It was a great day. Once we separated, Joacim met us at Athleta (my absolute favorite store) and made our rounds around the mall. I swear we must've walked the whole thing (at least my sore ankles and shins are telling me I over-did it :). I gotta say, that way I won't have to spend another Saturday there again anytime soon, because there were gazillions of people, double-wide strollers and The American Heart Association....LOTS of stuff going on.

Izzy had a great time...was a real trooper through the whole thing considering that she probably walked twice as much as we did with her little legs. We got home, had some dinner, I did some of our finances while Izzy watched a Swedish cartoon about how the world was made:)

I had appointment to go to Lifetime fitness today for another tour, but we were still at the mall and had to reschedule it. Hopefully I'll get over there tomorrow, but that's dependent on the winter storm that's headed our way. I decided last week that I'm in a funk, and I gotta do something about it. I need to work out...I WANT to work out, but I prefer things like yoga and pilates, and with either of those I want to get a good sweat going, and I just can't see that happening at home. Anyway, there's a week-long pass to the yoga studio in Lifetime, but I have too go through the tour again, which is no big deal. It's the whole money thing that freaks me out...quite honestly, I'd RATHER spend that money on a housekeeper. Guess we'll just have to see how it goes. Keep your fingers crossed for me, and try to keep me motivated please....I could use all the help I can get.

Transplant / Living Donor Info for me (edited)

I wish I would've had this post ready because I had so many people reach out to me after the last one that wanted to share my info.  I&#...
