I think I've recounted a gazillion times about how tired I am. Here's a list of what's going on in my life right now:
1. Mom to a 3-year old
2. Wife
3. Full-time job leading a $1.4 million project that is being implemented into next year.
4. Getting our home ready to sell.
5. Finding a new home.
6. Team captain for Lilly Day of Service
7. Organizing 2nd annual NephCure walk (which is October 22, btw)
8. Owner of 3 animals
9. photographer
10. self-appointed life-documenter
Thankfully our home is FINALLY on the market

We're having an open house this Sunday, so hopefully we'll get some interest from that.
I mistakenly thought that things would calm down a bit once that happened, but it doesn't appear that's the case. As I'm writing this, I'm on a plane, flying to Minneapolis to look for houses. We had a mad dash around the house this morning to make sure it's sale-ready (which is no easy feat at 6:30 in the morning).
It's all becoming too much. I'm forgetting appointments, feeling like I can't take any time during the work day to go to the chiropractor (which I desperately need right now). I forget to complete paperwork...still need to call for the mortgage pre-approval that I was SUPPOSED to do on Wednesday but forgot. I'm overwhelmed.

Sorry to hear you are overwhelmed. I know the feeling, and it is not fun at all. :(
ReplyDeleteThat is enough for 3 people!!! Once your move is finished you won't even know what to do with all your free time...but I can give you a list!!! It starts with rest, relax and ends with feet up and doing fun, fulfilling things. I declare Madonna's ' Holiday' to be your post-move theme song...
