It doesn't take a set of scales to know that I've gained all of the weight that was lost the last few days. I feel it in every step I take, and anyone can clearly see it in my cankles. And I was just getting comfortable again. It's my own fault, I guess. I've been lax about my meds these last few days, including my diuretics, so I guess I can only go a couple of days without them before this kicks in again. Good to know.
