YESSS!!
ReplyDeleteI received a living donor transplant in July at Mayo and I feel better than I have in years. The U of MN was closer for us too (we live in Eagan) but we preferred the attention to details at Mayo. Best of luck to you, you'll be in good hands.

Deleteyep, you are gonna be ok... and your stress level is about to plummet!
ReplyDeleteI have been following your blog and am so happy to hear that you are being considered for a transplant. I have FSGS too, with a history of Renal Cell Cancer two years before the FSGS diagnosis in 2009. Kidney disease sucks!
ReplyDeleteSending good energy your way! I know this is the news you have been waiting to hear! I can't wait to hear you have found some relief...hope it is very soon!
Okay, FSGS sucks enough, but Renal Cell cancer too? You poor thing! Prognosis good?
